Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send items back before submitting your return request through the form below. Once your request has been received, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. A flat return shipping fee of CHF 10 / €10 will be deducted from your refund for returns from the European Union/Switzerland/Liechtenstein.
For returns from the United States, a flat return shipping fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from Australia, a flat return shipping fee of AUD 50 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from New Zealand, a flat return shipping fee of NZD 60 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from the United Arab Emirates, a flat return shipping fee of AED 150 will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For orders shipped to the United States and the United Arab Emirates, customs duties and import taxes paid at checkout are also non-refundable. In the event of a return, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded, less any applicable fees noted above.
For orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges paid directly by the customer upon import are not refundable by Sofia Riviera.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, if a return reduces the final retained order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
For hygiene reasons, returned swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the protective hygiene liner intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items purchased on final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made pieces

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply submit the form below. Returned items must meet the conditions described above where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
